　　1.莲湖区红庙坡街道原党工委委员、办事处副主任高海洋违规收受礼品、消费卡问题。2022年4月至2023年6月，高海洋在任莲湖区西关街道城管办副主任、红庙坡街道办事处副主任期间，多次违规收受管理服务对象所送礼品、消费卡，折合共计9800元。高海洋还存在其他严重违纪违法问题。2023年12月，高海洋受到开除党籍、开除公职处分，其涉嫌犯罪问题被移送检察机关依法审查起诉。

　　2.雁塔区曲江街道三兆村城市更新综合改造项目工作专班原办公室主任张立违规收受礼品，违规接受可能影响公正执行公务的宴请问题。2021年5月至2023年1月，张立多次违规收受高档白酒共计15箱。2021年5月至2022年12月，张立先后多次接受管理服务对象安排的宴请。张立还存在其他严重违纪违法问题。2024年1月，张立受到开除党籍、开除公职处分，其涉嫌犯罪问题被移送检察机关依法审查起诉。

　　3.未央区发改委原二级调研员卢文洲违规收受礼品，违规设立“小金库”问题。2013年至2020年，卢文洲在任西粮公司党委副书记、董事长，原市粮食局未央分局党委书记、局长期间，违规收受管理服务对象所送高档礼品，折合共计2.05万元。2015年至2018年，卢文洲任原市粮食局未央分局党委书记、局长期间，该局以虚报临时工工资、截留退回租赁费和集资款余额等方式违规设立、使用“小金库”，涉及金额25.67万余元。卢文洲还存在其他严重违纪违法问题。2023年11月，卢文洲受到开除党籍、开除公职处分，其涉嫌犯罪问题被移送检察机关依法审查起诉。

　　4.长安区中医医院原院长史轲违规收受礼品、礼金、消费卡，违规接受管理服务对象旅游安排问题。2018年中秋节至2023年春节，史轲先后违规收受管理服务对象所送礼品、礼金、消费卡，折合共计1.75万元。2021年3月，史轲违规接受某生物科技有限公司销售代表武某某安排，与家人赴重庆旅游，路费、住宿、吃饭、门票等费用由武某某支付。史轲还存在其他严重违纪违法问题。2024年1月，史轲受到开除党籍、开除公职处分，其涉嫌犯罪问题被移送检察机关依法审查起诉。

　　5.市公安局治安局大型活动管理处原副处长、三级高级警长郭永东违规收受礼金问题。2014年至2017年9月，郭永东任市公安局莲湖分局土门派出所所长期间，先后违规收受西安某建筑科技有限公司法定代表人李某某、陕西某建筑工程有限公司经理邹某所送礼金共计10万元。郭永东还存在其他严重违纪违法问题。2023年8月，郭永东受到开除党籍、开除公职处分，其涉嫌犯罪问题被移送检察机关依法审查起诉。
